Park in terrace d. Never crowded and close to the 495 on ramp.
Feels like daytime at12 am!
Parking here is on par with poking your own eye with a sharp stick.
Park on the top if the deck--easy to find a space, easier to find your car.
There's ALWAYS parking in L&T's garage.
Plan for a lot of time. For some reason we thought that a couple hours would be enough time to go to all our favorite stores. We only made it through half of the 1st floor before we had to leave.
There is never a day when it's not busy!
