Megan at Tyson was the absolute best on throughout our home warranty claim. Without her we would have gone with a completely wrong setup suggested by the warranty company. No upselling, no tricks…. just doing the best for the customer. We will use them again.

Great experience all around. Replaced two Furnaces and Air Conditioning units. Tyson was one of three companies to come out for assessment and Megan, who answers the phone for Tyson was more knowledgeable and helpful than the actual techs from the other companies. Their quote was the most competitive and the tech who installed the equipment was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All around, all areas of this encounter exceeded expectations.
