I would never recommend this property management to anybody for any kind of Rental! The worst experience I had when it came to finding a rental. They kept my deposit! I even left the house in better condition from When I moved in. I Would give this place a -5 star!
Changing rating after move out due to not knowing what NORMAL wear a tear on a home after 2 years. I have videos from move out of normal wear and tear. (Don’t leave paint in a home that is that NOT what matches the walls if you don’t want it to be used on the walls, exact paint was used that was in the home! Should not be held accountable for you guys leaving in correct paint in the home. Charged $1,400 ridiculous!!!!.)

They’ll let you book a showing on the weekend, then not answer the phone or message you back with a code to get in. Then they’ll call you on Monday and say they didn’t answer because it was the weekend. Make it make sense. Peak corporate BS.
They are amazing and updating us all the time.
