This review is based on my recent experience viewing two of Tyson’s rental properties and submitting a rental application. As a renter, it’s important to feel that the rental company values and respects both the landlord and the tenant. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Wow! This home on 5516 Cancelar Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.. is an older home probably built in the 80’s.. no washer/ dryer and no fridge.. asking rent price $1,695. I work, pay my dues, responsible single grandma who has custody of my grandson. We currently live in a hotel hoping to get us into a home. I thought ok this isn’t what I’d like but it’s doable and it’s a house. AVOID TYSON PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS I read the bad review they had on here and felt compelled to write one myself I went through a similar experience as the person who wrote the bad review I was renting a house from Tyson and the master bathroom was leaking and had mold when I moved in I told them this over and over they never fixed it and when I moved out I also got charged for the mold and the “fixing “ of the bathroom and like the other bad review said they have there own cleaning company that they use that over charges for... read more
