This review is based on my recent experience viewing two of Tyson’s rental properties and submitting a rental application. As a renter, it’s important to feel that the rental company values and respects both the landlord and the tenant. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Wow! This home on 5516 Cancelar Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.. is an older home probably built in the 80’s.. no washer/ dryer and no fridge.. asking rent price $1,695. I work, pay my dues, responsible single grandma who has custody of my grandson. We currently live in a hotel hoping to get us into a home.
