Beware renting from this place or if your property is transferred to Tyson for management. If you do rent from Tyson be aware of your tenant rights. When my apartment was transferred over to their management in the middle of my original lease they continuously bothered me about signing a NEW LEASE in the MIDDLE, pet rent, and other fees that were not in my original lease and kept pestering me to pay the fees/sign their new lease via email.
