They’ll let you book a showing on the weekend, then not answer the phone or message you back with a code to get in. Then they’ll call you on Monday and say they didn’t answer because it was the weekend. Make it make sense. Peak corporate BS.
They are amazing and updating us all the time.
MULTIPLE WORK ORDERS for the same HVAC issue WITHIN WEEKS. Temporary fix. “Permanent” repair. Another failure six days later. Over $1,000 spent in two weeks — and the heater still not fixed. Now, yet another work order for the same issue. As an owner, this pattern of repeated maintenance charges without a real solution is unacceptable. Transparency and accountability are seriously lacking. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
Tyson has been great to rent from for the last 3 plus years. Always take care of every issue we have, as soon as possible. Very fair and easy to work with, in my humble opinion. Thank you to everyone at the office and in the field that make families like ours, have safe, comfortable housing to raise our families in!!
I called Tyson properties and spoke with Mare Purcella, letting her know I was interested in the home on Wood Duck rd, I viewed the home and noticed it needs some TLC, some doors were broken, floors were lifted and countertops were peeled, so I asked if they’d be willing to negotiate the price, she explained they couldn’t and I was understanding of that.
