If I could rate this dealership with ZERO stars I would do so. I purchased a Jeep at Tyson. There were no problems with the sale but I have had nothing but problems with the service since day one. I've brought my Jeep in for an oil change and it was returned to me as completed but the oil was NOT changed. When I took it in for the first tire rotation they broke off one of the lug nuts and then tried to blame me for it. This is the second vehicle I've bought from this dealership,It was a very pleasant experience no hard sell and no hassle. The finance part of the deal was also no hard sell and no hassel thanks to the finance person.If anybody is looking for a car I would come here.
This was by far the easiest and most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I found the car online on Friday afternoon, set the appointment to view it for Saturday morning, and picked it up Wednesday night. All of my requests and questions were answered promptly and without hesitation. GREAT job!!

Overall experience was great.Our dealer explained the pros and cons of choosing an older car over a newer. When we made our decision he explained our options. He was honest and helpful in all aspects of the sale. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
