Beware, there sales people and even general manager are unaware of features on vehicle. They tell you the vehicle is equipped with certain features when in fact they do not. Unfortunately for me I did not drive the vehicle for a week after I purchased and found out I was misinformed about features and now I am stuck with vehicle. Go to a dealership where people know what they are talking about, buyer beware. Will never go back to this dealership. Typical car sales team, shady at best.
I just purchased a pick up truck has a lot of issues when they supposed to be inspected before they put it up for sale because it was a pre owned truck but I guess there are not doing their job or they just don’t care about the customers they just want the money. I don’t recommend to buy here at Tyson motor. I have a really bad experience. 0 stars no good al all

Absolute crooks! Estimated a job after holding our truck for 3 weeks without even checking to see if the problem could be fixed. Said nope, full replacement. A 31k replacement. Towed it to Powerstroke nearby and problem fixed in 2 days and paid 1600!! Dealerships do not care and will take advantage of anyone! Pure trash!
