We purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator along with an extended warranty at the time of sale. Now, just a couple of years later, we are experiencing an issue, and the warranty we purchased in 2021 is not being honored. This is unacceptable, and at this point, we will be seeking legal advice to resolve the matter. I highly recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle from them
Started looking for a Jeep on TrueCar. Tyson called once, texted once, and sent an email. They did not continue to blow my phone up unlike other dealers. The Jeep in Lockport is ridiculous with phone calls, text, and email. I eventually had to block all their numbers. Anyway, I went to Tyson to test drive a new Jeep. Matt helped me out. Services excellent
Their mechanic installed an exhaust manifold on my truck in March and stripped the bolts out causing a terrible exhaust leak and then they charge me for the repairs when the bolts fell out. WHAT A JOKE. Don't bother scheduling an appointment either, your vehicle will sit until they're ready to look at it. Tyson has gone downhill in the last 10 years.
