Excellent service today at Tyson. Scheduled a service appointment online yesterday. They were ready when I got here for me. Yvette was very kind and attentive. Greats everyone with a big smile and did a great job explaining everything to me. While waiting in service, I was using my laptop working, and I was approached not once but twice by Tyson employees. I have a 2025 ram 1500 limited Took my vehicle in for service vehicle stayed for about 2 day for oil change and power step issues I do have the app for vehicle set up to let me know when vehicle moves I get a random notification and realized that Tyson mechanic was test driving my vehicle on highway 55 going 102 mph passing cars dangerously I did mentioned it to Andrew (service manager) send him videos of incident and of course nothing was done about it I did pay in full for service just to give you all heads up how your veh... read more
Updated 1/19/26. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. My wife dropped off her Jeep for service. They said the porter called in and they could not give her a ride home. We live a mile and half from the dealership. 1. Have a service writer drop her off. 2. How in the hell do you only have 1 porter working? Two awful experiences at this dealership now.
