We just purchased our third set of cars (yes set- meaning TWO) in 8 years. It is always great to walk in and feel welcomed each time. We will be back... and next time it will be for THREE as our teenage son will be old enough to drive.
I have had nothing but problems with them. I am a black middle age disabled woman and been denied services because management said I complain too much. I'm suppose to complain when the problem I keep coming in for has not been resolved. I really believe management is prejudice. I say this because they do not try to help me with anything when I come there. My car has been parked far away knowing I have problems walking because most of the time I walk with a came.
