Im not gonna even lie washing machines and dryers are always broken like come on rent to high and y’all not even gonna fix this damn machines like be so for real
The walls are paper thin..my upstairs neighbor sounds like Giant and small kids a total nightmare! Have battled roaches and HUGE water bugs seem to have it under control but they are Here and if it not squeaky clean it will be out of control.... People also let pets poop anywhere and don't pick it up!! Maintenance is excellent, grounds well taken care of and snow removal prompt...pluses are shopping Center across street..I feel safe for the most part..
