The walls are paper thin..my upstairs neighbor sounds like Giant and small kids a total nightmare! Have battled roaches and HUGE water bugs seem to have it under control but they are Here and if it not squeaky clean it will be out of control.... People also let pets poop anywhere and don't pick it up!! Maintenance is excellent, grounds well taken care of and snow removal prompt...pluses are shopping Center across street..I feel safe for the most part..
Tysens park is conveniently located however the building I live in is absolutely filthy the floors are coated with a dirt. The elevator has had the same barbecue sauce on the door for the past 3 weeks. Urine stains on the stair case floors for the past 2 months. Management doesn't seem to care. It ashame because if the building was cleaned properly it would be an excellent place to live.
Solid complex—spacious units, good parking, close to parks and shopping. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Highly recommend.
