Dr Montgomery cracked my husband's tooth which caused permanent damage. The only solution was to pull the tooth and do an implant, which cost us $8k out of pocket plus $4k which Insurance covered. The doctor refused to reimburse us for his error. We will be filing a malpractice suit.
After taking x-rays, Dr. Montgomery proceeded to remove my daughters tooth and placed an abutment and crown in her mouth . Although the x-rays indicated the bone was too shallow to support, he proceeded, and when the procedure failed, causing her pain and swelling he replaced the crown ??? of course it failed again since the bone had to be built up to support the abutment and crown.
