Dr Richardson is a good doctor I had 6 kidney stone surgeries last year and got rid of most of them, even though I have 1 now that’s not blocking urine I still deal with the pain but I know he’ll take care of it.
I tried getting in with Dr Richardson for kidney stone pain, but since it had been over 3 yrs since I last had a stone and saw him, was told I needed a referral. This was on Tuesday.... I was able to get a referral Thursday and a local NP ordered a stat CT scan that I had done on Friday. It showed a 5mm stone in right ureter. I called Dr Richardsons office, spoke with Mindy RN. Dr Richardson took care of me and my condition I could not have gotten better care. Experienced professional in his specialty made me feel calm and assured of best results. Bravo
Dr Richardson is very kind and takes his time to explain procedures and treatments.
Dr. Richardson always makes me feel like I am the only patient on his calendar. He listens, looks me in the eye, asks questions pertinent to the discussion, etc. We worked together for various solution/options for treating my BPH that had gotten to the point of virtually having very little quality of life.
