My wife and I reliantly relocated to Cheyanne WY, and looked to Tyrrell Auto Centers to place a custom order for a 1,500 Chevy truck. The sales representative took a $1,500.00 deposit from us and promised a bi-weekly update on the order. 3 months later with zero contact I reached out to Dallas Tyrrell the general manager to discover that the sales representative was no longer employed at Tyrrell Auto Centers. Dallas claimed assured me that the order was placed and that our vehicle would arrive shortly. After contacting Gener... read more

These GUYS ARE CROOKS. 0 stars. Bait and switch. salesman told us the warranty was included and after my wife signed the paperwork i noticed there was a charge for 4000 dollars for the warranty. they sell u a payment and add as many fees they can to increase the vehicle price to meet the payment. when i called them on the situation they said they told my wife who was not doing the negotiations and she said they only explained what the warranty covered but never discussed the $4000 fee or the $1000 gap insurance.I will never ... read more

We purchased a 2010 F150 2 months ago. The oil change light came on and we took it to our mechanic and they did a full inspection. The oil hadn't been changed, the power steering fluid is black, the oil pan is leaking, AND the timing chains need replaced. I called and spoke to 2 managers and 2 mechanics and no one will take responsibility for this truck not being maintained, let alone inspected before they sold it. And apparently a power train warranty doesn't cover these and no one there cares that this truck was sold witho... read more

I don’t even want to give them 1star. I made an online appointment to have the oil changed and 10,000 check up on my 2020 Chevy 2500. Dropped the truck off at 7:30 and I wasn’t in the system, rep finally found my appointment. At 4:00 I hadn’t heard from the service department so I called to check on the status and was told it would be done by 4:30. So 4:30 I go to get my truck and asked if they found anything on the 10,000 mile inspection and they told me it only had 9,790 miles on it so they didn’t do it, so I paid for the ... read more

Worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a vehicle! Let me preface this with this in no way reflects my sales rep he was awesome. I was searching for a specific vehicle, when this vehicle came into stock the sales person I had been working with called me immediately. I was in the store that night too look at the vehicle and was informed that it wasn’t even processed through the shop yet. So I was unable to look at it that night spent 30 minutes talking with the sales rep getting the price and a few pictures. I was ... read more

Bought a 2011 Silverado Duramax there in 2014. Didnt make it home, lights came on, limp mode. Took it back. They cleared the code and same thing happened. $2500 later, it needs repairs they already knew about. Be very careful, they have no issues with doing this sort of thing.
