I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional, unfair, and discriminatory treatment I experienced at this dealership. I came in with a genuine intent to buy, but the lack of integrity and respect from the staff here is completely unacceptable. The staff at Novato Chevrolet were friendly and helpful, and willing to negotiate the price.
They did not respond back to my questions but doing a sale pitch on me instead. At the end, I walked away because the price was too high at this dealership. It would be great if they just answered my questions completely upfront and it would save me a lot of time hearing sales pitch that I did not see any value in my decision making process.
The breaks and the rotors was was no good. We had to pay $800.00 for repairs.
