Welcome to Tyroni's Pizza! We have been serving up authentic Italian food and American food since 1986. It all started when Tyler Barnes started working at an establishment called Terry's while in college. His dream was to own a restaurant, so he worked his way up to management and then bought the restaurant in 1986. A name change in 1995 led to the legacy that is Tyroni's Pizza. They make the best spaghetti in Bartonville pizzas not too bad either.
I just want to start this out by saying that the customer service at Tyroni's is TERRIBLE!! I called Tyroni's last Friday to express my dissatisfaction with our pizza and the fact that the employee taking the order was VERY rude, and the assistant manager that I spoke to assured me that the owner would call me the next day. Well, it's now the following Friday and I have not heard from the owner or anyone else. I guess that they really DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction or the idea of actually keeping customers!!!!
Went here to eat last night and for the most part was a very pleasurable experience. We wanted our pizza with 2 difference sauces but they do not offer that option. We asked to speak to the manager and he came out in a timely manor. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the situation and explained to us why. A short while later we got our order. Very nice service staff, management and food quality and taste!
