Never had a problem with the staff. Very accommodating.... except for trying to reach ANYONE by phone. They will never never never never never never never never never EVER answer the phone. In fact, consider yourself lucky if the voicemail doesn't hang up on you before you can even say anything.
Dr. Armstrong is wonderful! He was thorough in his explanations, attentive to my concerns and overall great. The ladies in the office are so kind and inviting as well!!
This place is a freaking joke. I have been calling for a month. A freaking month to get a referral to blair gastro. The nurse never calls me back and never answers I have left multiple voice messages. I DO NOT recommend anyone going here. I am looking for a new doctor.
Never returns calls. Called three times and left messages.. Had blood work done. Never called me with the results. Looking for new PCP.
