I have lived here since July 2016. They cover are utilities. The management is great. They provide services for us. We have holiday dinners. The manager provides pizza after tenant meetings. This is a really good place to stay. We have laundry rooms on all floors. We have a large screen t.v in one of the community rooms plus books and dvds etc to share. Despicable...no activitys. For residents..? Computer? No one uses.etc.should have quarter machines for laundry, And laundry soaps..a vending machine,for snacks and beverages.poorly built.no wheelchair accommodations, trash dumpster fences made out of heavy steel people can't open.."aluminum". Plastic would be better...no walk ways to front doors.poor mantianence...unprofessional management...noisy neighbors...
