First of, wish i can give ZERO OR NEGATIVE star. I am not one to drop comments as i belief in supporting local businesses, but these guys deserves ratings worse than -50. I took my car to have the spare tyre fixed as it had a nail puncture. Clearly stated to the lady at the desk, its the spare one in the trunk, which she acknowledged and documented.
