Went in with a suspect slow puncture. They couldn’t find any nails or sharps in the tyre, but they changed the valve just in case it was that! That was good thinking, but what was even better was that they didn’t charge me anything. Good old fashioned customer service. Good job guys. I’ll be back when I need new tyres.
Despite positive reviews, my experience was a complete disaster. Scheduled for 8:15 AM (entered at 8:00 AM), I waited 45 minutes before being told staff absence delayed my service. After further delays and a misleading '10-minute' estimate, I was falsely accused of missing my appointment. This business wasted over an hour of my time due to their lack of communication and then refused to take responsibility and blaming me. No apology, no remorse, no service. Avoid!
