Been dealing with them for years no problems
It is Tuesday, a normal working day. Website says you are open. No reply to my email inquiry from 3 days ago. It is 10:30 am, I am at your gate. No-one here. No-one answers the phone. Not so good service.

Shockingly Poor Service, and human decency. The Tyre Link guy was condescending, patronising, bad-mannered and... plain rude! to the point I felt compelled to ask for the wheel back (puncture repair).Upon entering the premises at 8:05am today (monday morning) I enquired politely whether the centre could accommodate a repair during the course of the morning (our family had to coordinate commute), at which point without a word he stormed past me to my car parked in the lot, opened the boot and removed the tyre and then yelled ... read more
As always, the service from the boys at Tyre Link is amazing. Rang to book an appointment and was asked to bring the car straight in. Within 40 minutes of making the call, the tyre was fixed and I was back home!! Great pricing and super friendly staff....thanks!
