I bring my cats Simon and Charlie here and they are always taken care of. In fact, my cats look forward to vet visits! I would highly recommend this vet to anyone in the Lake Mills community who is looking for a professional, clean and caring facility for their pets.
This vet clinic has been the best experience of our long history of being pet owners. Not only is the staff loving and caring but Dr. Gensler and his wife let us know we are NOT a number. They all care about us and our pets. We feel so blessed to have the Tyranena Vet Clinic a part of our dogs health care.
The staff at this clinic are amazing, and of course the docs are too. In the short time I've been seeing them they've helped me transition one of my dogs over the bridge, they've checked on several concerns with my other dog, they've done all of our puppy visits with our new guy, and they let us do "happy visits" with our new rescue. A wonderful clinic - I highly recommend them!
Doc has been our family Vet for years. He has cared for our dogs and cared for us. He's one in a million.
This is THE BEST vet clinic I've ever visited! The Dr is wonderful as well as the entire staff here. I wouldn't take my furry babies anywhere else! We live 25 minutes away with a local vet 5 minutes away. I'd take that longer drive anytime! Everyone is so approachable and kind & caring here.
Would never consider another clinic for my dogs. Everyone is so very friendly and so very compassionate when it comes to the care of my dogs.
What a great vet clinic!!! Dr. Gensler and the staff are truly amazing people and genuinely care for every pet that walks through their doors. They did everything possible to make euthanizing my dog, Hailey, as painless as possible (she suffered from old age and liver failure). When I brought in my new puppy, Chase, they made him feel right at home and gave me loads of advice and resources for his training!
