I have never written a negative review ever but I felt important to share. Twice I waited for this doctor for an hour while there was no one in the office. The second time coming here I made the first appointment of the day to make sure that I could avoid the wait. There was no one in the office when I arrived at 9am. At 930 the doctor still was not there. I was put in a room and waited another 15 minutes. I heard the doctor arrive and start talking to the office staff while I continued to wait. Far beyond your average orthopedic surgeon or any doctor for that matter. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced coupled with being highly educated. Dr. Tyrance uses the newest approaches and best practices in the field in a "holistic" manner. He spends time ensuring that he listens to you and your questions and concerns.
