Apartment parking lot has no paint or signs designating a spot for maintenance or leasing manager. But whatever you do don’t park in any unlabeled spots there for even two minutes or they will glue a sticker to your car then threaten to terminate your friends lease all because that’s where the maintenance guy parks. Again tho I repeat THERE IS NO SIGNAGE OR PAINT ON PARKING SPOT STATING NO PARKING THERE OTHER THAN MAINTENCE. Lived at this complex for 3 years. Would have definitely stayed, but moved out of state. Lora the manager was great!
