First, I do want to say that I stay in VRBO or Airbnb properties almost every time I travel and have never had an experience like this before. I also owned a vacation rental for 4 years, so I am a big fan of this market. I posted a review for this Katy, TX property on VRBO (located on Stockholm Ct). The property manager's posted reply to my review stated that I did not send them photos showing our concerns with the cleanliness of the house, which is a lie. The vacation house impresses with its beautiful layout and design, creating a cozy and homely ambiance. The host is not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring a top-notch experience. With TVs in every room and a fun-filled hockey table, it's an excellent choice for keeping the kids entertained. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future.

Ample space but not well appointed for the cost and not very clean for the $165 cleaning fee that is charged. I would expect it to be spotless. Numerous general maintenance issue from the fence and yard to the water pressure in the showers and non working or missing blinds, etc.

Thank you for the incredible stay👍! Check in was super fast and easy. The property came equipped with everything we needed for our stay🧼. Communication with hosts were good all around, they were really professional. Thank you for hosting us! We plan on coming back!🙏💯
