Attentive, helpful, and friendly service in the store, but ultimately didn't live up to my expectations. Brought in two typewriters - one with a shift and spacing problem, the other with more significant issues - and paid to have them evaluated. I have no issue with that. These things take time and time has value. I had to call a couple of times while my machines were with him to get updates, and the delivery dates slipped a couple of times. I just purchased a used Smith Corona Silent. I love it. They moved the store to a building right next to this building. it's just 1 minute away by walking. The person who helped me was very attentive and helpful. Thank you. I can highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to get started with typewriting.
Just bought a typewriter here, I'm super excited to use it! Great and friendly service here, would recommend for anyone looking to buy or fix a typewriter.
They were great had my fax repaired I think it's Chris was the technician he explained everything to me it was my fault I was using it wrong they they politely showed me the proper way to use it thanks guys your the best!!!!!!
