Flowers are always great
Their flowers are always beautiful and smell so fresh.
I called twice to inquire about the status of my order and to request a change in the delivery date. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unable to address any of my concerns. The communication was poor, and I felt the interaction was quite rude and she seemed more interested in ending the call than in helping me or answering my questions. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to others. I cant even track my delivery. Very poor service
