Great place! Everyone is so nice.
Dr. Damera deserves more stars, but the front staff experience is sadly lacking. I was overcharged twice, and obtaining a refund required policing my own bills, waiting for "the billing person" to be in the office to cut a check (there is no such person; I finally obtained my refunds directly to my payment method from front staff) and multiple attempts to communicate. There is no excuse for overcharging a patient with dental insurance, as rates are fixed, and certainly no excuse for not bothering to *tell* patients they've p... read more
I just left the office, had a filling after getting a root canal elsewhere and I just have to say how wonderful everyone in the office is! I have extreme fear about the dentist and every single person in the office, including Dr.Damera, made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt at a dentist!
