I've taken my Subaru Forester to Tyner ever since I moved to Tri-Cities and they always do a great job fixing my car. They are incredibly honest and stand by their work. The last visit I was expecting a big bill and they charged me NOTHING because it was a simple fix. My jaw literally dropped I was so shocked.
Fair price for inspection and oil change, and explained things clearly to me.
My first vehicle needed an out-of-province inspection. Rob was recommended by the Mitsubishi Dealership folks directly, and they didn't lead me wrong! Friendly service, quick turn-around time. Helpful with questions about work that Tyner didn't take care of directly.
This has been my go to mechanic for both my daughters 1999 Jeep and my 2006 Nissan Xtrail and I recommend them to all my friends and family. We've all had really great experiences with them. They've always been able to get me in when I need it, they are honest as the day is long and will tell me what needs to be done - what can wait and what I should just not bother with.
