I’m truly grateful to Dr. Gill and his wonderful team. My senior cat has kidney disease, and going through this has been very hard for us. Dr. Gill always takes the time to explain everything with patience and care, which has meant so much to me. We go every week for fluids, and every visit we are met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. My cat is already feeling better, and I feel comfort knowing he is in such good hands. I deeply appreciate everything they do for us.😻
I can't recommend Dr. Gill and the team at Tynehead Animal Hospital enough. We've been with them for roughly 5 years now. What truly stands out is that they don't make suggestions to make money or just treat symptoms, they take the time to identify and address the root cause. When my dog developed recurring ear issues, Dr. Gill patiently explained why the medications and ear drops were only temporary relief and walked us through a long-term plan to identify the underlying allergy using an elimination diet. My dog just had her spay surgery here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was incredibly professional, and the pricing was clear and transparent from the beginning. Whether it was before the surgery or afterward, every staff member was kind, caring, and attentive. Everything was well organized, and I always felt that my dog was in great hands. Dr. Gill is an excellent veterinarian who genuinely cares about pets. He always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and consistently goes above & beyond to provide the best care possible.
