It was a pleasure working with Tyne. I did most of my searching from out of state and she was great about answering questions about particular prospects, even checking out properties on my behalf. Once I found my house, Tyne negotiated a great contract. She made the process very easy, helping me find experts and services that made the purchasing process much more comfortable. The closing was a breeze. She was also very sweet to my dog. Five out of five. No notes.
Tyne went above and beyond for our family. She was available for any house we wanted to check out and when we finally decided on the house for us she was available for any and all appointments, questions, concerns, and anything else that we needed. She was thorough and her knowledge base really put us at ease during our first home buying experience! Highly recommend her!

Tyne Kenny is everything and more than one could want in a real estate agent. She is warm and kind, responsive, patient, and she seems to know more or be more thoughtful than the other agents out there. While escorting this gal moving from CA to ME around the state, she asked important questions that didn't seem to occur to other agents. She is fierce in her representation of clients and you feel as if you're the most important person she represents.
