Got my order from Tyndell on Friday. MINUS the artwork we'd uploaded the previous week. Representative even called to confirm order was correct and artwork received. Called to leave a message with them. It's almost noon on Monday and still haven't heard back, so I called again. Now they say they never received artwork, and that the confirmation must have been for a different order. They can't redo them for 4 days. Plenty of other places that'll fix a mistake. Puts me into a bind with a paying client.
