Very good- but get price in writing Alan does great work!! Beware on his price estimate. Get a written quote!!! Before he begins the job you both need to agree on what will be done for that price. We have used him twice. Both times when he was in the middle of the job he asked for more that the agreed upon price. He said there was more work that he expected.
