Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No

This was the worst dentist office i have ever been to! The secretary was very loud and rude.. My childs information was not confedintial at all... Not only were they loud there information they were shouting was incorrect.. They only slandered my name and my parenting.. Th office manager did not help much she would not listen and was un attenive to my problems. They refused my as the custodal parent to my son to go in the back room with him only his father. They said after x ray they would come get me.. but they did not.. I ... read more

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page
