Very pleased with my purchase! Showroom was nice and the salesperson was very patient. Not pushy at all like most furniture stores!
I honestly feel I have been through as many mattresses as "Carter" has "Liver Pills". Several months ago, I was at a friend's house after working a 12 hour shift and I "just made myself at home" and stretched out for a nap. Two years ago we bought a Tyndall Pedic mattress, two leather couches, a dining rom set and an entertainment center form their Pineville store. We have recently moved into a new home and bought 2 bedroom sets, home office furniture, a leather sectional, 5 rugs, a game table and chairs and numerous accent pieces. If you want a horrible night sleep, wake up in pain every morning, and be overcharged by thousands of dollars, then Tyndallpedic is the place for you to buy your next mattress. My husband and I thought that spending $4,000 on a mattress would guarantee a great nights sleep. We have never been so wrong in our lives. THE WORST FINANCIAL MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE. We paid over $7,000 for the top of the line Tyndall Pedicure mattress. Within 1 mos, the mattress developed large pothole sags where my wife and I sleep. After 2 mos, it looked like a 20 year old mattress. It felt like we were climbing uphill to get to the middle. The owner of the company Chuck Tyndall kept promising to make it right but never returned a phone call. We left him over 8 messages. I would recommend Tyndall to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. My salesperson was is the "Fairy Godmother" of decorating. I should have written this review several years ago… But it was one of the telephone calls asking me about my mattress that has prompted me to write this review – and be disappointed all over again. We purchased bedroom suit, mattresses, had custom couches made etc. – large order. When the sofas came one was not the dimensions that he been ordered – and on both couches the cushions hung over the front of the frame about two and half inches. We shopped for weeks at MANY furniture stores in the Charlotte area and Tyndalls was able to perform and meet the price we wanted to pay. They carry only the best makers and you do not have to worry about purchasing the junk you see at a lot of the big cooperate stores. Tyndalls has a great small family owned feel with a huge selection. We will always give Tyndalls a chance to earn our business in the future, truly world-class!
