I was a distance buyer from out of state and I contacted this dealership because I was interested in a particular certified used car. Avoid this place AND Volkswagen at all costs. I leased a 2025 ID4 from them in May of 2025 and it has spent almost 2 months cumulatively in the service department with a slew of issues (sunshade not working, battery cooling system needing to be replaced, etc) and now the 12v battery has failed and the car won’t go into gear, requiring the car to be towed from my garage to the dealer.
