I really enjoyed working with Alex today he is very professional and very knowledgeable about the VW PRODUCTS I only have one thing to say about him he’s the man to go see when you are in need of a vehicle 100% of our needs have been met and we will be letting all of our friends and neighbours know where to go and who to see when the time comes for all of your transportation needs… Thank you, Tynan’s Volks Wagon And Alex for making this deal possible. Carl T. & Rhonda Beasley
Amazing team at Tynan’s! Always provide exceptional customer service.
Express Service is the best thing ever. I had an oil change and tire rotation done in the time quoted. Also, Calysta at the Express Service desk is up to speed and professional. If you would like great customer service/People service- and the ability to leave a dealership happy, Ask for Calysta. The oil was changed and the follow up was spot on.
I have purchased many vehicles in my driving career! Volkswagen has always been a top choice for me! I must say the hospitality and exceptional service that George and I received from not only Andrew, but I’d like to include Richard, who were both a pleasure to do business with! The entire sales team was friendly, helpful, and I especially must say that Omar was a delight to meet! I am thrilled with our new Tiguan and look forward to doing business with Tynan for years to come!
