I revised my review because the manager called and at least tried to make it right. My daughter did some research on line, she found a car she liked advertised for $19,976.00 less $289.00 Eprice, including the $699.00 dealer fee. She called Tynan VW, gave them the info on the car, confirmed it was available and made an appointment to look at the car. When she arrived, she was quoted $21,176.00 PLUS DEALER FEE OF $699.00. Guy at the front desk by the door has no customer service skills.
They need better snacks/ coffee station and keep the station clean. I don’t think the worker there even drink the coffee there.
We purchased a vehicle from them on Saturday. Our sales representative, Ehsan, made a considerable effort to ensure our comfort and secured the most favorable deal for us. He is dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise, and the same can be said for Greg, the sales manager. Should I require another vehicle in the future, this establishment will be my first consideration. This place is truly exceptional.
