The cashier was unable to review the billing and advise of what was being charged. There's charges on my invoice that no one could truly explain what they were for. I was sent outside into the cold to get into my vehicle and my vehicle had not been brought up nor had I been given the keys. There were recommended repairs needed to my vehicle and this experience has not given me a positive reason to bring it back to your location for repairs as opposed to somewhere else. Thank you

Friendly, efficient, clear. Adnan the rep I worked with knew I was concerned about cost and keeping my car in good shape. He was great. The mechanic who took care of my car was quick and did a great job. I think I found a home mechanic for me and my 2005 Murano...until a new car comes along :) Thanks!!
