Absolute joke of customer service. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Requested my cars service history since they don't stamp the log books anymore. They refused to provide and says the car has never been serviced there and then wanted to charge for the service history. Avoid at all costs.
Exceptional service from the team, especially Dennis and Paul. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. They were able to accurately diagnose and resolve an issue that another Mercedes service centre could not. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn’t recommend Tynan Mercedes highly enough.
Such a terrible experience they gave me. Working in a luxury expensive car service centre but their personality are so cheap,I don't mean everyones working in there but at least the people I talked with when they damaged my car while they serviced my car. Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete lack of basic care or consideration. This is the second d time I am posting my review as this dealership had my review Removed! My daughter booked her car in for what should have been a simple service and two tyre changes. She booked the service two weeks ahead had to travel from Kiama to Caringbah so travelled 1.5hours and dropped off at 8.20am . I will never go back to this dealer for service ever again. I understand mercedes are expensive but atleast be fair i took my car for service 1500 dollars for oil and filter change then they failed my car for rego stating it needed all 4 tires whatever am done.
