We purchased two Mercedes eVito vans from Tynan Motors Mercedes-Benz less than 12 months ago. One of the vehicles developed significant tyre issues at around 5,000 km, with the tyres now deteriorating to the point where chunks are coming off. The vehicle currently has only ~11,000 km. Absolute joke of customer service. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Requested my cars service history since they don't stamp the log books anymore. They refused to provide and says the car has never been serviced there and then wanted to charge for the service history. Avoid at all costs.
Exceptional service from the team, especially Dennis and Paul. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. They were able to accurately diagnose and resolve an issue that another Mercedes service centre could not. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn’t recommend Tynan Mercedes highly enough.
