I am very disappointed with the service at Mercedes in Miranda. I have taken my car in twice and have asked for them to look into my wipers as they constantly drag on the windshield. The first time they changed the wipers for 200 dollars and the issue continued. The second time I took the car in was for my service B which cost me 1500 dollars, I specifically asked for the wipers to be looked at again and was told they were checked and worked on. I’ve always taken my Mercedes to the Alexandria service centre, but after my recent experience at Miranda Service Centre, I won’t be going anywhere else! From start to finish, the service was unparalleled—a difference that is truly uncomparable. A huge shoutout to Marnie, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience effortless. The level of communication and customer service at Miranda far exceeded my expectations.
