This company steals most of your security deposit if not all of it. They don't respect the rental laws or anything. I will not rent from this company again nor accept anything they have to offer. They're thieves in my eyes. I can't wait until someone takes them down. ZERO STARS!!! Is my rating for this company.

Beaver Creek Townhome. Overall I have enjoyed my time here. IT’s quite enough, except for the occasional neighbor with kids and profanity from the other side of the wall, some part of the unit can be thin and I can hear the cabinets being close. Had an ant issue but was addressed right away and have not seen a single bug since. Resting the water heater has become a task that I now watch out for, since my time here I have rest it 3-4 times.
