IDK who they're hiring now, but Veronica is very rude as a "property manager". I asked her to provide me the contact information of her higher ups twice, and she simply said they'll call you and disconnected the call.
No issue with the apartments themselves but the grounds keeping here is terrible. The stairs leading to my apartment have never been treated for snow or ice. Today my pregnant fiancée fell on the sidewalk that they neglected to treat. We have also had homeless people steal items from the laundry room, random people following my fiancée and myself into our apartment because we didnt lock the door behind us in broad daylight.
