Sharon and Tymaline is the nicest and best person to work with. I have honestly struggled to find high quality and good communication and good people when it comes to getting property work done and I am telling you Sharon is your person. She treated the place like it was hers. Was honest and straight up and also communicated so clearly and the quality of the work from her and her team was exceptional. Absolute disgrace of a company run by Fab Corelli. Called Body Corporate on a Saturday due to a tap leak and was reasonably told it was my issue and I had to arrange a private plumber. HOWEVER I later received an invoice for $66 from Tymaline for this “service.” They did not do any work other than confirm it was an occupier issue and not body corporate. This is a clear case of fee for no service and is completely unreasonable. Will escalate this matter with consumer affairs
My property manager was having trouble locating the water mains, and called Tymaline based on a poster in the common area suggesting they offer out of hour support. In a phone call that lasted less than 5 min Tymaline advised that they could not help, and then sent me a bill for $66. I had no idea about the call until I even received the charge, and they've refused to deal with this complaint saying it's a Body Corporate issue.
