Dealing with back-to-back insurance claims is exhausting at the best of times, and after a pretty rough experience with the previous one, I wasn't exactly looking forward to this. I recently had my floors replaced due to flooding. Sharon and the TBS team were fantastic from the start of the process to the very end. They are very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with my new floors thanks to Sharon and the TBS team.

Dealing with an insurance claim is never fun, but Sharon and TBS team have been fantastic to work with. Prompt, communicative and with a high attention to detail, I'm glad that Sharon and TBS was allocated to my property for repairs. Thank you to the team for repairing my floors to a high standard. You never would have known there was damage and it looks better than before.
