As these guys work with my Owners corp I called them after hours when I had a pipe leak at my apartment. The leak was deemed likely my responsibility, and they would not be able to attend. That was fair enough and I called another company. TYMALINE has now billed me $66 for this 5 minute phone call.

TBS are consistent, professional and most of all honest. We have used them many times over the years and they always arrive promptly and keep us informed about a) diagnosing the problem, b) presenting us with different options about how to address the issue (eg ‘ we can do x or y as a patch up but you will need to get it done properly within a month or so’) and c) never ever jerk us around on the phone. Sharon, is an absolute legend. She is very professional, communicative, responsive and helpful in every aspect of the process. Since the very beginning she clearly explained on the process, expectations, limitations and timeline. She is even more than happy answering any questions pertaining to building services. Richard and Adrian are the best, their workmanship is perfect. Punctual, communicative, and produced great results.
