This is a rant about a chain tire store in Aiken located near Kroger/BiLo and Staples. I am simultaneously praising Tyler’s Tire Service for their ethics. The chain store told me a week or so ago ago that my Prius had a nail in a tire in a location making it impossible to repair. (My car was in for a different single tire replacement). I took them at their word. I had to buy a new tire. The tire needed was not in stock. They had to order it. And we have not gee’d or hawed since. My schedule. My son brought his car into Tyler Tire today for brake pads. He received a call a few hours later telling him he really didn’t need new brake pads. He is 20 years old and doesn’t know a whole lot about cars so they easily could have taken advantage of him, but they did not. I sincerely appreciate their honesty.

While on our way home from visiting family, we blew a tire. We searched and found Tyler’s was the closest. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes! The staff was kind, the building was clean and they even had a kids area! Awesome local business!

WOW! I have a new, well 4800 mile VW that supposedly does not require service for 1 year 0r 10,000, which is totally new to me. Anyhow the tire pressure light came on so I got the book out to read up on the situation, and it said get is checked immediately. My neighbor highly recommended Tyler's so I went first thing and each tire needed air and I wanted to buy a valve cover for one. Well guess what, I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes at NO CHARGE, Thank you Tyler.
