I was a contractor for many decades, and I contacted with Tyler to redo my kitchen and dining area of my home after a pipe broke and flooded the areas. I did my own estimate for the project and then Tyler did his estimate. Our estimates were only fifty dollars apart, so I knew Tyler could bid a project accurately. His construction leaves a bit to desire. Used cheap construction material in his molding and trim and was deceptive about roof construction. Roof and ceiling collapsed from rain damage the day of closing. Wouldn't recommend.
I've been utilizing Tyler's services for over a year now. He came to us via the recommendation of our realtor. I'll start off by flat out saying, he may not be the cheapest person you will find, but he's definitely not the most expensive. What you're getting with Tyler is a guy that is incredibly trustworthy and a hard worker with an attention to detail.
