Insurance policies was too high
A telephone call was made to this office on this date to speak with Tyler Stanford, the insurance agent. I was seeking a quote and specific questions that only an agent could answer. The front desk clerk told me Mr. Stanford was out of the office and she provides the quotes anyway. She was then informed that I had specific questions for Mr. Stanford and she said, "ok, well what is it"?
