NEVER use this company. They were very fast about installing a new controller for my spinkler, but when I had an issue and needed their help, I could never reach anyone. After multiple calls and texts, one guy did text me back to say they would come out and take care of the problem. They never did. So I had to pay another company to come fix it. It turns out that the problem was that they have never connected a couple of wires to the controller. It cost me over $100 to fix what they did not finish. I repeat... NEVER use this... read more
We called multiple times during business hours and left several voice messages, with no callback. I must assume they are no longer in business.
Tyler Sprinkler installed a sprinkler system for us. They had a large crew and did the job in two days. The crew was friendly and nice and the layout of the sprinkler system was very good - it was fairly large with a lot of zones. But customer service from the office was awful! The guy I talked to was rude& arrogant. The filling in of the ditches was terrible, and the details of cleaning up was not very good. I realize that they can't spend endless hours filling in the ditches, but I spent parts of 4 days filling in the ditc... read more
