Rate increases every year for "cost of doing business" even though we are on auto pay, are never late, and have advised we were intending to have long term storage. We were not informed of this practice ahead of time and once you've moved in it's a pain to move again . Holding your customers over the coals for a few bucks. I can't keep it there long term if you increase the rate over and over.
Excellent units and fair pricing, however; the rudest, most condescending man I have ever come in contact with in any type of business environment in my entire life. (The woman that I've dealt with is superbly nice and wonderful)
