Michael and Kat were such a pleasure to deal with! They were both thorough and informative, covering any questions I had. Kat was so helpful in showing us our unit and giving us tips for keeping it in good condition. I visited over a dozen different storage units and sites. I have owned my own building for over 35 years. I downsized to your impossible to find, 15 x 45 unit. I spoke with a number of agents and no one came close to Michael. That man is one of the most valuable employees that one could have. I was impressed with him before I decided to rent from you.
