dr. reynolds originally did my surgery when i met him in the hospital. he was very informative but also seems to have a sense of humor that put me at ease. Months later i started experiencing issues that i was having before surgery and i made an appointment with him because he seems to be the only doctor around that actually cared. I cried in his office that if he doesnt help me, no one will and ill live my life in pain and be done searching for a doctor. A breast biopsy is a very scary thing for an adult just imagine if you are 17yrs old. Dr. Reynolds explained the procedure in detail. My mind was at ease with him being my granddaughter doctor. I wanna thank him so much
My first visit with Dr. Reynolds was on time and informative. The next three appointments with Dr. Reynolds resulted in my waiting 2 hrs each visit. I was prepped for a biopsy and waited 2 hrs for him to arrive. I went to his office for results and waited 2 hrs. My last experience was in the hospital waiting for surgery; late again over 2 hrs. The staff were kind and helpful, but over an hour and a half later after my initial appointment time (I was on time) Finally just had to get up and leave without ever seeing the Dr. I think it was an honest mishap and assumedly the man who was Dr. Reynolds (never met them) was apologetic as I was on my way out, but I felt at that point any interaction I would have with this office would be rushed and that's not how I want to start out when discussing surgery. Maybe too busy for more patients.

As you mentioned, I apologized in person as you left and remember you well, as you are the only patient in almost 4 years this has happened to. Again, I am very sorry. Please know I would not have rushed with your visit. I value spending as much time as needed with my patients; occasionally a patient with a 20 minute appointment requires over an hour of my time. Dr Reynolds is very professional and courteous to his patients. This is my second surgery with him and he was able to get me in very fast. He explains all things to you in an understandable way. Have a very nice bedside manner. I just think he is excellent.
I had two amazing experiences with Dr. Reynolds. Extremely thorough, informative, and thoughtful. He’s an excellent surgeon and cares about the comfort of his patients. He took a lot of time to explain the whole procedure and make me feel comfortable before he began. Dr. Reynolds was patient and giving with his time. He couldn’t have been nicer to squeeze me in last minute before I left the country. He went above and beyond every time I met with him. I highly recommend him to anyone!
I had a very poor experience with Dr. Reynolds. I met him when I was admitted to the ER earlier this summer. The diagnosis process was very unclear. He wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that concerned me. I had to make a couple of unplanned visits to his office because of pain. He seemed very unmoved by situation and uncaring. Ultimately, his bedside manner needs to be adjusted. I am sure that he is very experienced in his field but there lacked a "human" connection.

I had out-patient surgery twice with Dr. Reynolds. I was extremely pleased with every aspect. He did an excellent job, took care to explain procedures, listened to me, and answered my questions. He spent as much time with me as needed. He was both professional and likeable. I trust him, would absolutely go to him again, and would recommend him to others. The staff was very welcoming and helped to make the entire experience a pleasant one.
