Tyler didn’t really help much at all, didn’t meet my criteria in looking for a home and kept suggesting higher than price bracket. I felt like he was trying to get more in his pocket. Tyler did a great job finding a property with very narrow requirements, and negotiating a fair deal for all concerned. Further, he went above and beyond to manage a Condo Assn. requirement near closing, allowing us to close in 25 days from signed contract. Great Job Tyler!
