Honest, responsive, knowledgeable. We really couldn't have asked for more. Tyler guided us through the area and the buildings from a far (with refreshing candor!)--super helpful as we didn't know Miami. He took us through a video tour of the apartment we eventually chose; made the back-and-forth with the landlord seamless; met us at the unit when we finally arrived to talk us through its operations. Tyler made the entire process of finding a new apartment seamless and easy! He was always easy to get a hold of and answer any questions about anything. Would absolutely use Tyler again the next time we need to move and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
