Really bad customer service. I agree with all the prior comments and ratings.
If you want to pay cash - they will tell you one thing and end up with another bill in the mail, charging you for a service they originally told you the cash you paid up front covered! Such a scam like most healthcare.
I have a primary AND secondary insurance coverage. A full outright bill has hit my credit and for what?! That debt needs to be removed now please.
