Accounting staff is horrific. We paid a bill IN FULL directly online to Tyler Radiology; they reported it to a collection agency as unpaid. We provided PROOF OF PAYMENT to the collection agency. Tyler Radiology acknowledged receiving the money, but still maintain it is outstanding. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM and YOU WILL be hearing from the FTC. We've already filed a complaint with them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
