Never met the guy, only met him the day of the surgery, and that was because he had to because there was some sort of power outage, he has a team to handle medical calls, they don’t respond to phone calls. They don’t call back within 24 hours sometimes they don’t even call back at all, worst customer service ever ever, I would not recommend Tyler Bron
