Great service. I got online to look at some pricing for leak detection in my pool and sent in a question. The team here answered my initial question within minutes and were incredibly helpful as the questions kept coming from my end. They did not try to upsell me on a service I didn’t need and even recommended things for me to check before a potential service call was needed. Incredibly helpful and would recommend them to anyone. Phenomenal service!

Same as the last review. Had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty and I confirmed via phone call with the pool company. Appointment came and went with no one showing up. I tried calling at least 10 times. Left multiple messages. Crickets. My home warranty company tried calling and sent an email. Nothing. Went by the address on their website in Tyler but there is no suite 140. I’m trying to sell my house and have had to turn down showing because my pool looks like a pond.
