First off, let me salute the fantastic nursing staff, without a shoutout to Laura who kept me laughing while getting ready for sedation even with my veins rolling in the deep. Have had 3 procedures done here (counting today) by Dr. Hinkle and all have been great! The staff is always amazing and I had a great time visiting and laughing with his nurse Ms. Laura as she got me ready for my extraction this morning, I wasn’t nervous since this is old hat for me at this point lol, but had I been, she definitely would’ve put me at ease! It's incredible how awful this company is. I've been waiting 2 months to schedule an appt with them and no one is competent enough to set up an appt. Not sure if it's because it's East Texas or not.
The staff and Dr. Chatelain have been really kind at each appointment and procedure. They always make certain I understand the plan of care and are willing to answer any questions I have. Nobody jumps up and down with excitement to have oral surgery but it is comforting to know you are receiving care from such a caring and knowledgeable team!
The reason for my low review is due to the way they handled me financially!! I do recommend Dr Hinkle if you have good insurance and are financially able to handle it! He is very good BUT in the end they handled me rudely and ugly! I did get some work done and it was good! What happened in the end hurt me ! I was set to have some surgery done on a hole in my upper left area. It really needs fixing bad!
