The staff and Dr. Chatelain have been really kind at each appointment and procedure. They always make certain I understand the plan of care and are willing to answer any questions I have. Nobody jumps up and down with excitement to have oral surgery but it is comforting to know you are receiving care from such a caring and knowledgeable team!
The reason for my low review is due to the way they handled me financially!! I do recommend Dr Hinkle if you have good insurance and are financially able to handle it! He is very good BUT in the end they handled me rudely and ugly! I did get some work done and it was good! What happened in the end hurt me ! I was set to have some surgery done on a hole in my upper left area. It really needs fixing bad! They would only sedate me with IV to get my abscessed tooth out. I ended up getting it out while awake at another dentist with no problem. I feel they just wanted money.
Very disappointed in my visit. They failed to mention to me that my insurance wasn’t accepted here, despite me being in contact with them on three separate occasions making sure they got my insurance information to verify. They mentioned it to me on my way out the door after my consultation, I wouldn’t have come here in the first place if I knew ahead of time. :(
I've been here several times but this time they told me to do my mouth upper implants should be 30,000 imagine that I'd rather have no teeth and buy a house
